Edublalmah Temple

A temple. A library. A court of law. For nearly two millennia, the Edublalmah temple guarded the threshold of Ur’s sacred precinct. In 2024, the Ur Conservation Project completed the first detailed assessment of its condition. Building on this study, our work in 2025 and 2026 will carry out the conservation plan to safeguard the temple for generations to come
